This is the pumpkin pie spice mix that I use. I keep a bottle of it in the pantry to pull out for my favorite fall pumpkin recipes.
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Servings: 8 teaspoons
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon ground
- 2 teaspoon ginger ground
- 1 teaspoon allspice ground
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small jar or tin. Cover and shake to thoroughly mix the spices.
