I'm waiting for my okra plants to blossom too! How old are your plants?
Andrea says
Hi Nate. I purchased these plants in mid June, and they were about 10 inches tall. So best guess is they were seeded sometime in April?

I love okra !! Just today I harvested (on a friend's farm) 10 gallons.... the flowers are so beautiful, it makes me wonder how anyone could not love this veggie.
Andrea says
Holy okra, 10 gallons! You are going to busy for a while. 🙂
Julia says
Ha! Fear not, it's going to his CSA subscribers and farmers' market customers.

They look so much like the Hibiscus flower. Beautiful. So glad you were able to catch one.
