From the Pantry: Tamari Soy Sauce (Tamari Almonds)

  • 1 cup (141 g) raw almonds
  • 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce, regular or gluten-free
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F/175° C.
  2. Spread the raw almonds on the prepared pan and roast in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and drizzle the tamari all over the almonds, stirring as you go to fully coat.
  4. Return to oven and roast for 10 more minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
