Kale, Spinach, and Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened plain coconut milk
  • 2 leaves Lacinato kale, tough stems removed
  • handful baby spinach leaves
  • handful parsley stems and leaves
  • handful cilantro stems and leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax meal
  • 1 very ripe Anjou pear, cut into chunks
Preparation
  1. Put all of the ingredients in your blender in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Blend well and drink immediately.
