I’m very excited to share my video in which I tell the story of my twist on our old family favorite, fried apples. I made the apples in the AccuCore Stainless Steel 3-quart Sauté Pan, which was wonderful to cook with. The AccuCore pans have a copper core and two internal aluminum layers, which distributes heat evenly and conducts heat well. It’s sturdy, holds heat, and is easy to clean. This is a pan I could easily see lasting a lifetime; a serious pan for serious cooks.

You can find my recipe on the Relish Magazine website.
