Planning and making ahead is one of the keys to keeping me on track for Thanksgiving dinner. I start with making cranberry sauce on Monday, pie dough on Tuesday, pies on Wednesday, and any other things I can prep ahead. Pie is my favorite part of the meal, with cranberry sauce coming in a close second. I still adore the traditional pumpkin pie as well as many others. Here are some of our favorite pies for Thanksgiving.
