    Thanks for including my spiced sweet potato cake, Andrea. I actually adore the cake. It’s ultra moist, sweet, and nutty. As for that coconut cake — it’s splendid! My mom adores coconut cake, and I don’t have a go-to recipe for one. Think I’ll email it to myself right now and surprise her with it during one of her visits.
