After a trip to the farmer's market I decided to make it last night. I worked out beautifully! I followed your excellent instructions and added the following: - A light brush of olive oil on each zucchini layer - A bit of kosher salt and a little pecorino romano on the inside tomato layers The recipe allows the flavors of each vegetable to come through!
