We use the Ramen spice packet too, but I've been anxious to try another seasoning combination that doesn't have as much sodium. I'm trying to think of what you could use for the ramen noodles that would be made with whole grains, because I don't think I could pass off ramen noodles as being South Beach Diet friendly no matter how hard I tried!
